Which Apple feature did you expect to use but eventually stopped using?

I was thinking about this the other day. I was really excited about Focus Modes when Apple introduced them, and I spent a lot of time setting everything up. But after a few weeks I just went back to using Do Not Disturb most of the time.

Has anyone else had a feature like that? Something you thought you’d use all the time but eventually stopped using?

Universal Control got me so hyped when it first came out, controlling my iPad with the same mouse and keyboard as my Mac sounded perfect for how I work, drag a file from one screen to the other and all that. Turns out it only really works when both devices are literally right next to each other on the desk though, which is rarely how mine are actually set up, iPad’s usually across the room propped up somewhere. Cool when it works, just never lines up with how I actually sit at my desk day to day. Ended up noticing months later it had been off the whole time

freeform, downloaded it the day it came out, made one mood board, never opened it again. might actually go dig up my old boards now that it’s been mentioned though :eyes:

Went hard on Screen Time app limits when they came out, set strict limits on a few apps to be more disciplined about doom scrolling, felt really motivated the first week honestly. Ended up just smashing “ignore limit for today” every single time it popped up though, until I finally just turned the whole thing off. not my proudest moment tbh

@RalphK bruh this is literally me, never even got as far as turning mine off, still got it set to 45 mins a day and just ignore it every time, did it again maybe 30 mins ago…
